Subject to sub-paragraph (7), consulting rooms and treatment areas are properly equipped for use by practitioners working in the practice, including—

(1)

adequate arrangements to ensure the privacy of consultations; and

(2)

patients have personal privacy when dressing or undressing, either in a separate examination room or in a screened-off area around an examination couch within the relevant consulting rooms and treatment areas;
