These Regulations may be cited as the Registers of Scotland (Digital Registration, etc.) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 12th March 2018.

In these Regulations—

• “the Automated Registration Regulations” means the Land Register of Scotland (Automated Registration) etc. Regulations 20144;

• “the Land Register Rules” means the Land Register Rules etc. (Scotland) Regulations 20145;

• “the Sasine Application Rules” means the Register of Sasines (Application Procedure) Rules 20046.
