6.—(1) The Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (as amended by regulation 5) are further amended as follows.
(2) Omit regulation 41 (conditions relating to the GPA).
(3) In regulation 81 (life-cycle costing), in paragraph (3)(c), omit the words from “, including” to the end.
(4) Omit regulation 100(2) to (5) (duty owed to economic operators).
