The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 19701, and paragraph 1(1) and (3) of schedule 2 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20182, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
