These Regulations may be cited as the Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019.

These Regulations, apart from regulations 2(2) and 3, come into force at 1600 hours on 1 April 2019.

Regulations 2(2) and 3 come into force on exit day.
