1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Forestry (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2019 and come into force—
(a)on the day on which section 81 of the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018(1) comes into force, or
(b)if exit day(2) is on or after that day, on exit day.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
Section 20(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 defines “exit day”.
