Amendment of the Private Landlord Registration (Advice and Assistance) (Scotland) Regulations 20054

The Private Landlord Registration (Advice and Assistance) (Scotland) Regulations 20054 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

After regulation 3 (advice and assistance – landlords) insert—
3A
A local authority will take such steps as they consider appropriate to publish on their website as soon as possible any fee determined in accordance with the Private Landlord Registration (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2019.
