The Electricity (Applications for Consent and Variation of Consent) (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 No. 176

Interpretation S

2.  In these Regulations—

“EIA development” has the same meaning as in regulation 2(1) of the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017(1),

“the Electricity Act” means the Electricity Act 1989,

“the 1990 Regulations” means the Electricity (Applications for Consent) Regulations 1990(2),

“variation application” means an application made to the Scottish Ministers under section 36C(1) of the Electricity Act (variation of section 36 consents) to vary a consent under section 36 of that Act.
