Fees for applications made under section 36 of the Electricity Act to construct, extend or operate a generating stationS

1.—(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), where an application is made under section 36 of the Electricity Act to construct, extend or operate a generating station, the fee payable in respect of the application is as specified in Table 1.S

(2) Where the subject matter of the application is two or more of the matters specified in Table 1, the fee to be paid is the higher or the highest of the relevant fees.

Fees for applications made under section 37 of the Electricity Act to install or keep installed an electric line above groundS

2.—(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), where an application is made under section 37 of the Electricity Act to install or keep installed an electric line above ground, the fee payable in respect of the application is calculated in accordance with Table 2.S

(2) Where the subject matter of the application relates to matters specified under entry 1(b) or (c), or 2(b) of Table 2, lengths over 500 metres will be rounded to the nearest whole kilometre.
