PART 1 Introduction

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019.

(2) These Regulations come into force as follows—

(a) Parts 1 and 2 come into force on 28 March 2019,

(b) Parts 3 and 4 come into force on exit day.
