The Cocoa and Chocolate Products (Scotland) Regulations 200311 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In regulation 2, in the definition of “Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council on novel foods12”.
