4.—(1) The Civil Contingencies Act 2004(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 4 (category 2 responders: Scotland) of schedule 1 (category 1 and 2 responders), after paragraph 38 insert—
“38A. Public Health Scotland constituted by the Public Health Scotland Order 2019(2).”.
