11.—(1) The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2009(3) are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 6(6)(a)(iv) (duties of drivers, escort commanders, masters, carriers and consignors in the event of a radiation emergency) of part 1 (radiation emergencies) of schedule 2 (radiation emergencies and notifiable events) for “Health Protection Scotland” substitute “Public Health Scotland”.
