In regulation 3(1)(b)(iii) of the Welfare of Animals at the Time of Killing (Scotland) Regulations 2012 M1, for “Article 22(1)” substitute “ Article 138 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls and other official activities performed to ensure the application of feed and food law, rules on animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products M2 ”.
