Amendment of the Contaminants in Food (Scotland) Regulations 2013 S

12.—(1) The Contaminants in Food (Scotland) Regulations 2013 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 5 (controls on contaminants in food) omit “EU” in each place where it appears.

(3) In regulation 8 (application of various sections of the Food Safety Act 1990), in paragraph (2), in the text of section 9 of the Food Safety Act 1990 M2 as it applies for the purposes of the Contaminants in Food (Scotland) Regulations 2013, omit “EU” in each place where it appears.
