Amendment of the Animal Feed (Scotland) Regulations 2010 S

8.—(1) The Animal Feed (Scotland) Regulations 2010 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 5 (competent authorities for the purpose of Regulation 767/2009) M2 —

(a) omit paragraph (2)(a), and

(b) in paragraph (2)(b) for “Commission” substitute “ appropriate authority ”.

(3) In the table in schedule 1, omit the entry in relation to Article 25(4) of Regulation (EC) No. 767/2009.
