The Avian Influenza and Influenza of Avian Origin in Mammals (Scotland) Order 2006 M1 is amended as follows.

In article 30 (restrictions on trade in things from areas where measures have been disapplied), for “intra-Community or international trade” substitute “ export outside the United Kingdom ”.

In article 61(3) (treatment, labelling and movement of meat from poultry from a protection zone), in each of paragraphs (a), (c) and (d) for “intra-Community or international trade” substitute “ export outside the United Kingdom ”.
