The Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007 M1 is amended as follows.

In section 45 (effect of floating charges on winding up)—
a
omit subsection (2),
b
in subsection (7)—
i
omit paragraph (a), and
ii
in paragraph (b), omit “in any other case,”, and
c
omit subsection (8).
