Amendment of the Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007

3.—(1) The Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 45 (effect of floating charges on winding up)—

(a) omit subsection (2),

(b) in subsection (7)—

(i) omit paragraph (a), and

(ii) in paragraph (b), omit “in any other case,”, and

(c) omit subsection (8).
