Amendment to the Teachers’ Superannuation and Pension Scheme (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2019

3.  For regulation 1, substitute—

“1.— (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers’ Superannuation and Pension Scheme (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2019.

(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these regulations come into force on 1 April 2019.

(3) Regulations 2 and 3 come into force on 1 September 2019.”.
