2.  In the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002(1), in Part 7 of schedule 1 (others), after paragraph 85ZA(2) insert—

“85ZB.   The Scottish Fuel Poverty Advisory Panel.”.

Paragraph 85ZA relating to the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was inserted by paragraph 63(b) of schedule 7 of the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012 (asp 6).
