These Regulations may be cited as the Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland Regulations 2020.

Parts 1, 4 and 6 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

In Part 5, regulations 22 to 25 come into force on 1 January 2021.

Part 3 comes into force on 1 January 2022.

Parts 2 F1, 7 and 8, and the remaining provisions of Part 5 come into force on F21 October 2025.
