PART 2 S Persons not required to comply with regulation 6

30.— [F2 (1) A person who has travelled to the United Kingdom for the purpose of transporting material which consists of, or includes, human cells or blood and which is to be used for the provision of healthcare by a healthcare provider.] S

(2) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1)—

(a) “blood” includes blood components, and

(b) “healthcare” has the meaning given in paragraph 29(2).
