Amendment of regulation 37

18.  In regulation 37 (general), in paragraph (1)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a) replace “2 or 4” with “2(1), 2A(1), 2B(2), 2C(3), 4, 7(2) or (4) or 11(1)”,

(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “ or 4(1)” substitute “, 4(1) or 48(2),

(c) omit sub-paragraph (d).
