These Regulations may be cited as the Direct Payments to Farmers (Controls) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 30 September 2020.

These Regulations extend to Scotland.

In these Regulations, “claim year 2020” is to be interpreted in accordance with section 1(7) of the Direct Payments to Farmers (Legislative Continuity) Act 20202.
