3.—(1) Except for the provisions mentioned in paragraph (2) the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Scotland) Regulations(1) cease to have effect from 18:00 on 9 October 2020 for the duration of the period of time that these Regulations are in force.
(2) Parts 1, regulation 4, Pars 3 and 5 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Scotland) Regulations cease to have effect from 10 October 2020 for the duration of the period of time that these Regulations are in force.
