18.—(1) The Right to Interpretation and Translation in Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Regulations 2014(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulations 3(3)(b), 4(2)(b), 8(2)(b) and 9(2)(b) after “in accordance with” insert “the requirements placed on member States by”.
