Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 and paragraph 1(1) and (3) of schedule 2 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20182 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with paragraph 4 of schedule 2 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, they have consulted with the Secretary of State.
