Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(1) of schedule 2 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with paragraph 4(b) of schedule 2 of that Act(2), they have consulted the Secretary of State before making these Regulations.
