8. For the purposes of demanding payments due to a local authority under this Order, regulations 20 to 25 and 27 of, and schedule 1 of, the Council Tax (Administration and Enforcement) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 apply in respect of water charges and sewerage charges as those provisions applied in respect of the council water charge for the year beginning on 1 April 1995.
