1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Partnership (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 18 January 2021.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 2004 Act” means the Civil Partnership Act 2004(1).
