Alterations and additions that are deemed to be relevant adjustments4.
Relevant adjustments include an alteration or addition—
(a)
to any common parts which affords a means of access to the premises tenanted, owned or occupied by a disabled person, or
(b)
to make the premises suitable for the accommodation or welfare of a disabled person.
