8. As regards the marital or civil partnership status of any person aged 16 years or over, whether—S
(a)never married and never in a civil partnership,
(b)married,
(c)in a civil partnership,
(d)separated, but still legally married,
(e)separated, but still legally in a civil partnership,
(f)divorced,
(g)formerly in a civil partnership which is now legally dissolved,
(h)widowed, or
(i)surviving partner from a civil partnership.
