2.—(1) The Food, Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2021(1), are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1(4) (citation and commencement), for “15 April 2021” substitute “27 May 2021”.
(3) In regulation 3(2) (amendment of the Food Information (Scotland) Regulations 2014) in the new regulation 10(B)(1)(a) to be inserted by that regulation for “15 April 2021” substitute “27 May 2021”.
(4) In regulation 4(2) (amendment of the Country of Origin of Certain Meats (Scotland) Regulations 2016) in the new regulation 8(1)(a) to be inserted by that regulation for “15 April 2021” substitute “27 May 2021”.
