3. In article 2 (interpretation) of the National Bus Travel Concession Scheme for Older and Disabled Persons (Eligible Persons and Eligible Services) (Scotland) Order 2006 M1, after the definition of “the 1992 Act” insert—
““care home” has the meaning given in regulation 2 of the Disability Assistance for Children and Young People (Scotland) Regulations 2021;”.
