The Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 199270 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In section 70(2)71 (invalid care allowance), after “enhanced rate” insert “or disability assistance by virtue of entitlement to the care component at the middle or highest rate under regulations made under section 31 of the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018”.
