The Education (School Lunches) (Scotland) Regulations 20095 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (interpretation)6, omit the definitions of “assessment period”, “couple”, “earned income”, “single person” and “universal credit”.

Regulation 4A (universal credit)7 is omitted.
