Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 13) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 20 January 2021.

Amendment of the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Regulations 2020

2.  The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Regulations 2020(1) are amended in accordance with regulation 3.

Changes to levels of areas

3.  In the table in schedule 6 (areas)—

(a) in column 2 (area) of entry 34 (Na h-Eileanan Siar), after “Siar” insert “(except the area set out in row 35)”,

(b) after entry 34 insert—
