1. These Regulations may be cited as the Crofting Community Right to Buy (Procedure, Ballots and Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 and come into force on 24 February 2021.
2.—(1) The Crofting Community Right to Buy (Procedure, Ballots and Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2020(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulations 19 and 20, for “1 December 2020”, in each place that it occurs, substitute “24 February 2021”.
