(a)in sub-paragraph (1)—
(i)for “9(b)”, substitute “9(e)”,
(ii)after “Islands,”, insert “Gibraltar,”,
(b)in sub-paragraph (2)(b), after “resident in”, insert “the Islands, Gibraltar or in”,
(c)omit sub-paragraph (3).
