1. This Order may be cited as the Special Restrictions on Adoptions from Nigeria (Scotland) Order 2021 and comes into force on 12 March 2021.
2. Special restrictions(1) apply in relation to the bringing of children into the United Kingdom from Nigeria in the cases mentioned in section 62(2) of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007.
