Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 94(3), (4) and (6) and 95(5) of the Redress for Survivors (Historical Child Abuse in Care) (Scotland) Act 20211 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
