Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1(4), 2(1), 3(5) and 4 of schedule 19 and section 275 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 19971 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
