The manner prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 4 of schedule 19 (map of local place plans) is as specified in paragraph (2).

The register must be available for inspection by the public free of charge—
a
at all reasonable hours at an office of the planning authority,
b
on a website maintained for that purpose.
