Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 28A(5), 28D(3) and 28H(5) of the Education (Scotland) Act 19801 and section 22 and paragraphs 4(3) and 6(6) of schedule 2 of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 20042 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
