In this Chapter—

• “evidence” means the evidence of—

  1. a

     the party; or

  2. b

     a person who has been or may be cited to appear before the court as a witness;

• “live link” means—

  1. a

     a live television link; or

  2. b

     where the Court gives permission in accordance with rule 27.2(4), an alternative arrangement;

• “submission” means any oral submission which would otherwise be made to the Court by a party or that party’s representative, including an oral submission in support of a motion.
