27.1. In this Chapter—
“evidence” means the evidence of—
the party; or
a person who has been or may be cited to appear before the court as a witness;
“live link” means—
a live television link; or
where the Court gives permission in accordance with rule 27.2(4), an alternative arrangement;
“submission” means any oral submission which would otherwise be made to the Court by a party or that party’s representative, including an oral submission in support of a motion.
