CHAPTER 5 S INTIMATION AND LODGING ETC.

Methods of intimation S

5.3.—(1) Intimation may be given to a receiving party who is a party litigant by—

(a) the method specified in rule 5.4;

(b) any of the methods specified in rule 5.5.

(2) Intimation may be given to a receiving party who is represented by a solicitor by—

(a) the method specified in rule 5.4;

(b) any of the methods specified in rule 5.5;

(c) any of the methods specified in rule 5.6.
