Saving and transitional provision
4. The amendment made by paragraph 3(2) does not apply in relation to proceedings to which rule 33.2 (averments in certain family actions about other proceedings)(1) of the Ordinary Cause Rules 1993(2) applies which are instituted before IP completion day.
