Rate of attendance allowance and date on which changes take effect

3.—(1) In the table in Part III of schedule 4 (non-contributory periodical benefits) of the 1992 Act—

(a) in paragraph (a) in the third column of entry 1 (which specifies the higher weekly rate of attendance allowance)(1), for “£89.60” substitute “£92.40”, and

(b) in paragraph (b) in the third column of entry 1 (which specifies the lower weekly rate of attendance allowance), for “£60.00” substitute “£61.85”.

(2) The increases made by paragraph (1) take effect on 11 April 2022.
